Market Changes
After each showing, your Colorado real estate agent will request feedback from the agent who showed your home to prospective buyers. There are two reasons for this; first, to find out if the buyer is interested in making an offer and second, if the buyer is not interested, to understand how your home compared to other homes that were viewed that day. Feedback is typically geared toward the buyer’s thoughts on price but can also be helpful in making changes for a successful showing next time. For example, the buyer’s may have felt that paint colors were too “loud”, or the carpet needs to be cleaned and/or replaced. These items can be addressed on a weekly basis to make sure that your home is showing as best as it can. Some items such as a location near a busy street or a “small” yard can’t be changed, of course; however, these things can be addressed making a price change to help increase the chances of selling your Colorado Home.
