Showing Your Home
It is important to make sure that your Colorado home is always ready to be shown before you leave for the day. Even though you didn’t have any showings scheduled at the start of the day, you could receive that call at any moment. The first two weeks that your home is listed for sale are crucial. This is when you will see your highest level of showing activity. In most cases, you can expect between 3-5 showings per week on average. If you are not receiving this amount of activity, it is a good idea to reevaluate the reason with your Coloraodo real estate agent. Is your home priced too high? Does your home have excellent curb appeal? These are things that can be changed easily and quickly to increase showings. It is also important to accommodate each showing request as much as possible. A Buyer may be making a decision on which home to purchase that day and you may not have a second chance to be on their “short list” of Colorado homes for sale.
