Local Boy Scout Troop 19 and I will be sponsoring a food bank in the Quail Valley neighborhood in Thornton for the HOPE Center Food Bank. According to S&P Case-Shiller Home Prices Index Denver Metro homes prices increased in January 2012 compared to January 2011. This is the first time in the last 19 months the Denver Metro real estate market has seen prices increased from the previous year. While the increase was small, only 0.2%, it’s another sign over a changing real estate market in the Denver Metro area.
