According to S&P Case-Shiller Home Prices Index Denver Metro homes prices increased in January 2012 compared to January 2011. This is the first time in the last 19 months the Denver Metro real estate market has seen prices increased from the previous year. While the increase was small, only 0.2%, it’s another sign over a changing real estate market in the Denver Metro area.
Previously, we talked about all the signs pointing to a rapidly changing real estate market in the Denver Metro area, except an increase in prices.
