Louisville Community Park

Louisville Community Park is located on the south end of Old Town Louisville. Built in 2006, it is the newest park in Louisville, and includes such features as a pop-fountain, dog park, bocce ball and horseshoe court, basketball court, pavillion, ponds, and even a small dirt bike loop for beginners. During the summer, there are free Thursday night concerts held at the outdoor stage.

The Bella Vista subdivision directly to the west of this park is comprised primarily of ranch homes with basements. Their prices range from the low to mid $300,000s. To the north of the park is Old Town with its ecclectic mix ranging in styles from historic bungalows in the high $200,000s to brand new two-story homes at $600,000 and up. To the south west of the park is the Dutch Creek neighborhood. Homes here are tri-levels, bi-levels and ranch styles, typically 1100-1700 sq ft in size, ranging in price from the mid $200,000s to low $300,000s.
