According to S&P Case-Shiller Home Prices Index Denver Metro homes prices increased in January 2012 compared to January 2011. This is the first time in the last 19 months the Denver Metro real estate market has seen prices increased from the previous year. While the increase was small, only 0.2%, it’s another sign over a changing real estate market in the Denver Metro area.
Previously, we talked about all the signs pointing to a rapidly changing real estate market in the Denver Metro area, except an increase in prices. Inventory levels, days-on-market, and homes under contract all pointed to an improving real estate market for months. We should see Denver Metro home prices continue to rise in 2012 given the pent up demand for homes in the…

only does the Old Spaghetti Factory have delicious food but the design
of the building and the antiques are an amazing eye full.
This restaurant is international started by the owners wife Sally. In order to furnish the first restaurant she went to garage sales and scrounged around for furniture to decorate the restaurant. To this day she supervises every restaurant’s decorating with antiques and replicas of antiques.
The locations of restaurants are in old buildings or warehouses in the downtown areas where rents are cheap so the price of the food is reasonable.
We like eating in the bright red train car. We don’t get to do that every day.
