It's that time of year again when we can all enjoy the annual Cherry Creek Art Festival. This years events will be July 6, 7 & 8. For those three days, Colorado's award winning and world-class festival will feature some of the best art, culinary demonstrations, interactive family activities on Artivy Avenue and the best part is that the festival's non-profit mission provides art education and outreach programs in local area schools.

The Cherry Creek Arts Festival takes place July 6, 7, 8, 2012 (Friday, Saturday, Sunday), in Denver’s Cherry Creek North Shopping District, from 2nd to 3rd Avenues, on the six streets between Clayton and Steele Streets. The fun starts Friday at 10 am and runs until 8pm. You can also go Saturday 10 to 8 and Sunday from 10

Enjoy a beautiful spring day in Colorado and take advantage of free entry* to all National Parks in honor of Get Outdoors Day this Saturday.  Head out to Rocky Mountain National Park, or Sand Dunes National Park and remind yourself why we are so privileged to be living in such an amazing place.

If you want to stick to the city this weekend, you can still enjoy the Get Outdoors Colorado event at Denver's City Park.  There will be rock climbing, kayaking, live music, dancing, fishing, canoeing, hula hooping and much more.  The event is free and promises to be a fun event for all ages.
