Louisville's First Brewery Opening this Weekend!

I blogged earlier in the year that Downtown Louisville was poised to have three breweries open by the end of summer. Great news! Gravity Brewing in Louisville is open! They will be open Thursday - Sunday of this week. Check out their Double IPA and Belgian Blonde. Belgian Wit and Strong Pale Ale are still on tap. The real estate story of 2012 in the Front Range continues to surround the lack of inventory and many buyers entering the market soaking up the limited quality homes on the market. This has led to several sellers we represented receiving a favorable price and terms on their homes but on the flip side it has created challenges for several buyers we have represented successfully and others that are still seeking a suitable home. This month I wanted to touch on some of the reasons why we have a lack of inventory in our market place. This is more anecdotal to what I am seeing in the field and in practice and not a data driven scientific study. As one of my clients this weekend said, residential real estate tends to be “more art than science.”

36 Commuting Solutions is offering a complimentary bus pass for people to try the Regional Transportation District's Route 228 through Louisville and Broomfield.
The route travels from Garfield Avenue and South Boulder Road in Louisville to the Broomfield park-n-ride, with stops at the McCaslin park-n-ride and FlatIron Crossing mall.

Louisville Community Park is located on the south end of Old Town Louisville. Built in 2006, it is the newest park in Louisville, and includes such features as a pop-fountain, dog park, bocce ball and horseshoe court, basketball court, pavillion, ponds, and even a small dirt bike loop for beginners. During the summer, there are free Thursday night concerts held at the outdoor stage.
The Bella Vista subdivision directly to the west of this park is comprised primarily of ranch homes with basements. Their prices range from the low to mid $300,000s.
