Anthem Ranch Update

This is great news!
We currently have 2 homes in Anthem Ranch that are for sale UNDER $300,000! This is a 55+ neighborhood, and the two homes range from 1554SF to 1670SF. Prices are increasing, and the subdivision is just over half-way completed. (Currently 700 homes are built, and plans are to finish the community with 1300 homes).
