I am an Associate Broker and Realtor® at Estey Realty Group, and am is dedicated to providing the highest level of service to clients. I help buyers and sellers be well-represented with their residential real estate transactions. Estey Realty Group goes far beyond traditional promotional techniques for listings – such as the newspaper, real estate publications, property websites and open houses. I specializes in thinking outside-the-box and taking a non-traditional approach to the marketing of her listings, and my client communication and customer service are second to none. I manages her personal investment property and am especially well versed in the Boulder County housing inventory, having moved here from Hawaii in 1999. I moved out of the City of Boulder to Louisville in 2006, and love to introduce all the area has to offer to prospective buyers. My constant exposure to the housing market allows me to provide sellers with the most up to date statistics on list and sales prices, and aid them in developing the best plan for the sale of their home.

Prior to joining Estey Realty Group, I worked as a Transportation Planner for Charlier Associates, Inc. I received a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering with a minor in Business Degree from the University of Colorado in Boulder. My husband and I are avid backpackers, and completed the 2,600 mile long Pacific Crest Trail (a trail that extends from Mexico to Canada) in 2006, prior to starting a family and moving to Louisville. Now we are content car camping with the kids, and dream of the day when our young children will be able to go on longer backpacking trips.
