Dan Estey

Dan Estey has over a decade of Front Range estate experience, closing over 250 transactions totaling over $100 million in sales. In 2004, Dan was recognized nationally by Realtor Magazine as one of “30 under 30″ exceptional real estate brokers in the country and was consistently ranked in the top 2% of national Coldwell Banker agents prior to starting his own brokerage company – Estey Realty Group.

A large portion of Dan’s business has been built around strong relationships he has cultivated in the community from working with a variety of buyers and sellers with diverse needs. One of the niche markets he has achieved great success in is University of Colorado at Boulder students and their parents acquiring and selling properties while attending college. He is also personally invested in the local market and has worked with a number of investors in acquiring and disposing their assets.

He has also been involved with the city of Boulder on revising and improving their rental license program, and is an active member in the Boulder County Rental Housing Association where he serves as the president of the Board of Directors. This experience has proved invaluable to his property management clients. He is also a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) candidate having completed all of his course work in anticipation of receiving this designation in 2009.

Dan holds a Bachelors degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder’s College of Business. After arriving in Boulder over a 15 years ago while on vacation from his native state of Maine, Dan got hooked on mountain biking and can often be found out riding when not serving real estate clients.
