I was born and raised in El Paso, Texas, where I got my feet wet in the start of my real estate career.
I sat in at open house for one of El Paso’s most successful builders, Desert View Homes. I made my first sale on my first day of hosting open house and really enjoyed the satisfaction of helping my buyers with the process from start to finish. I knew then that there is where I’d eventually hang my hat.
We moved to Colorado in August of 1999, shortly after having visited for my husband’s family reunion. I fell in love with the beautiful Rockies and saw all the wonderful things Colorado had to offer that resonated with who I am and what I am passionate about. I said,“ Now this is a place that I can call home”. Three months later, here we were!
A home to me is a sacred place and my love for real estate stems from that. I get the most satisfaction in helping people find that haven that suits their family needs and then working at ensuring a happy and smooth home buying experience. I take great pride in taking my clients from start to finish and established my tag line based on that; “Taking You All the Way Home”.
While most of my business is North of Denver, I go where the business takes me. Most of my business comes from referrals. Building personal relationships with people is an essential ingredient that keeps my business flourishing. I am a Realtor, member of the National Association of Realtors and have my certification in CHRE (certified home rescue expert). I have successfully negotiated a number of short sales and really take the time to educate my sellers, buyers and keep my co-‐op agent fully informed of the transaction.
I recently started my team and am proud to have Desiree Curta and Jarred Depalo as my consultants. We make a good team because we honor and respect the different gifts that each of us brings forth to show clients that their needs are always first.
